Legal: Terms of use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of https://www.hoodoutdoorstructures.com/, operated by Hood Outdoor Structures. By using the website you accept them. They are about the website itself; the terms of any purchase, quote or agreement with us are in that document, not here.

Information on this website

Inventory, specifications, photos and prices are provided for general information. Units may sell before a listing is updated, photos may show a similar unit or options not included, and prices may change without notice and do not include taxes, title, registration, documentation or delivery fees unless a listing says otherwise. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell; a sale happens only under a written agreement signed at the time of purchase.

Using the website

You agree not to interfere with the website, probe or test its security, scrape it, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design on the website belong to Hood Outdoor Structures or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

Links to other websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties about the website itself. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hood Outdoor Structures is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any commitment made in a written agreement with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hood Outdoor Structures operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one posted here with its date.
